New legislation pertaining to nudity comes up all the time. Unfortunately many nudity laws are poorly written, sexist and take away freedoms for everyone. Naturist activists, such as those who work with the Naturist Action Committee (NAC) will track legislation and take action to prevent or overturn anti-nudity laws.
